Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and execution for partner and EHR integrations, provider availability, and digital door capabilities
• Define a modern interoperability strategy and build reusable integration patterns
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, setting technical vision and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years leading platform or domain-oriented engineering teams
• Deep experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR)
• Proven experience building and operating large-scale, API-driven platforms
