Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of software and quality engineers to deliver high-quality software products
• Oversee the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, programming, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with product managers to define product scope and deadlines while improving software engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in delivering software products, preferably in the healthcare industry
• 5-8+ years of experience managing teams and building relationships across organizational levels
• Experience with enterprise product software hosted in a public cloud, preferably AWS
• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically claims processing systems and provider office operations
