Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a software engineering team while maintaining a positive team morale
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and oversee sprint execution and backlog management
• Collaborate with leadership to refine software engineering practices and provide training opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent documented experience
• Four or more years of leadership experience in Software Engineering
• Six or more years of experience in software development or engineering
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM platform and related development tools
• Two or more years of experience in formal Project Management methodologies like agile or scrum
