Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering, SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the enterprise-wide SAP SuccessFactors strategy aligned with HR transformation goals
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors initiatives, including Employee Central and Talent modules
Manage a global team responsible for platform development, integration, and operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
12+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors platforms
8+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations in a technical leadership or architecture role
Deep expertise in Employee Central and at least two Talent modules
Strong understanding of SAP clean core, extensibility frameworks, and SAP BTP development models
