Director of Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple agile software engineering teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Drive the full software development lifecycle from architecture and design to deployment and performance monitoring
• Provide technical leadership in .NET Core, React.js, and Azure applications while managing agile practices across teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, and React.js
• Experience with cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Preferred experience in healthcare technology and knowledge of providers and payers
