Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and drive execution for the Loans Lifecycle engineering organization
• Take ownership of core engineering and business outcomes across the domain
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for platform scalability and database architecture evolution

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
• 3+ years managing managers with a track record of high-quality manager development
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems and data-intensive applications
• Domain knowledge in financial systems, lending, or fintech is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
