• Architect end-to-end solutions and own solution performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Salesforce platform integration
• Proven background in designing distributed systems and performance-critical solutions
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments with strong estimation skills
• Cloud-native delivery experience, preferably with AWS and modern DevOps practices
