Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, modifies, and supports technology solutions for portfolio management, focusing on Private Debt and Syndicated Loans
• Develops and maintains .NET C# applications and SQL Server databases to support investment workflows and financial calculations
• Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance while collaborating with various teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of software engineering principles, .NET C# development, and SQL Server database design
• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in Private Debt and Syndicated Loans
• Experience in leading complex engineering projects and mentoring engineering staff
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in IT
• Proven track record in strategic planning and project management
