Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture
• Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions and managing onshore-offshore teams
• Deep understanding of healthcare data, compliance (HIPAA), and security standards
