Job Summary

Leading a team of software engineers, the remote Director of Software Engineering will drive the application of modern software practices, implement innovative solutions, and optimize architectural choices to enhance delivery and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of business and customer needs to propose and implement improved solutions
• Champion modern software engineering practices and an "automation first" mentality across the team
• Oversee complex projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and effective communication with senior leadership

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams
• 8+ years integrating technology initiatives with company strategy, including roadmap development and budget management
• 5+ years improving SDLC processes, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• 5+ years overseeing complex, cross-functional projects and managing associated risks
