Leading a high-performing development organization, the full-time remote Director of Software Engineering will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership across software development and DevOps practices, focusing on improving delivery velocity, software quality, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software releases, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Oversee development teams, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
Establish and optimize engineering processes, workflows, and DevOps practices

Required qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering software products through the full development lifecycle
7+ years of experience working with software testing, QA/QC processes, and release cycles
5+ years of leadership experience in a software development environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
