Director of Software Engineering

Job Summary

The full-time remote Director of Software Engineering will drive the architectural vision and solution design for AI-driven claims automation, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies while mentoring teams and influencing technology decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the architecture for the Agentic AI Claims Automation platform, including workflows and integration layers
• Establish architectural patterns that support reusable workflows across claims platforms and operations
• Collaborate with AI/ML and data science teams to create scalable patterns for model integration and intelligent automation

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software solution architecture, focusing on AI/ML systems
• 7+ years of experience architecting scalable platforms and microservices, including RESTful API design
• 3+ years of experience communicating architectural vision across cross-functional teams
• 1+ years of experience with AI/ML concepts, including responsible AI principles and multi-agent solutions
• 1+ years of experience designing agentic workflows or autonomous systems
