Job Summary

Leading multiple teams of product-focused software engineers, the full-time remote Director of Software Engineering will mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers on application capabilities, and drive the development of customer-facing web services and features using advanced technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow teams focused on software engineering and product development
• Continuously improve software engineering practices and enhance the craftsmanship, availability, and scalability of solutions
• Work within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across full-stack development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• At least 7 years of experience in software development
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management
