Director of Software Engineering

Job Summary

Leading high-performing engineering teams, the full-time salaried Director of Software Engineering will deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions while partnering with Product Management and Executive Leadership to modernize platforms and accelerate delivery through AI.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and senior leadership to define and execute the product and technology roadmap
• Lead the modernization of legacy applications and platforms, driving migration to cloud-native architectures
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture reviews, design discussions, and engineering coaching

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering managers and teams
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software products in cloud environments
• Strong expertise in Azure, .NET, C#, Angular, APIs, and modern software architecture patterns
• Experience implementing and measuring engineering effectiveness using DORA metrics and productivity KPIs
