Director of Software Engineering

Job Summary

Leading high-performing engineering teams, the full-time salaried Director of Software Engineering will drive the modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native architectures, partner with senior leadership to execute the technology roadmap, and provide hands-on technical leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product and technology roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and senior leadership
• Lead the modernization of legacy systems and ensure high-quality delivery of cloud-native solutions
• Build and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale software products in cloud environments
• Strong expertise in Azure, .NET, C#, Angular, and modern software architecture patterns
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies
