Job Summary

Leading multiple engineering squads, the full-time salaried Director of Software Engineering will manage teams focused on high-impact product initiatives, drive strategic vision, and enhance consumer experiences through innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for the consumer engineering organization, including roadmap prioritization and technical architecture decisions
• Build and develop engineering leaders while leading transformative initiatives and managing cross-team collaboration
• Champion engineering excellence through hiring, onboarding, and operational best practices across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Director or Senior Engineering Manager with a proven track record in scaling engineering organizations
• Significant experience with consumer-facing products, particularly on web and mobile platforms
• Hands-on technical depth in backend systems, APIs, and mobile development
• Experience shaping and scaling AI-enabled workflows and driving their adoption
• Proven ability to manage teams across time zones and foster a remote-first culture
