Director of Software Engineering

Job Summary

Leading multiple global engineering teams, the full-time Director of Software Engineering will shape technical strategy and drive the delivery of cloud-based software solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop software engineering teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Drive technical execution of the SaaS product portfolio and align engineering priorities with business objectives
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering leaders, establishing KPIs and OKRs to measure performance and quality

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience managing distributed, multicultural engineering organizations
• Strong background in building and delivering cloud-based SaaS applications (AWS and/or Azure)
• Expertise in Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software architecture
• Proven ability to build and inspire high-performing engineering teams
