Key responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams responsible for governance solutions and oversee development strategies
- Provide technical oversight to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives
- Mentor teams and collaborate with engineering leaders and Product Managers on key initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing Agile Sprint teams
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or application access governance
