Leading complex implementation programs for key clients, the full-time salaried Director of Software Implementation will ensure the successful deployment and adoption of advanced software products, overseeing a small team while collaborating with cross-functional partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-level implementation programs from planning through go-live, ensuring client success and satisfaction
• Lead the design and implementation of new operating models and workflows, driving organizational change management
• Manage a small team of implementation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation programs in scientific or regulated domains
• Proven ability to lead and develop direct reports while aligning cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior executives
• Understanding of data standards, metadata systems, and workflow automation
• Strategic thinker with the ability to diagnose cross-product gaps and propose solutions
