Job Summary

Seeking a commercially-driven leader, the full-time salaried Director of Software Publisher Services will manage a portfolio of client accounts remotely, focusing on revenue growth, strategic client relationships, and ensuring quality outcomes while leveraging a dedicated delivery management team for operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Drive account-level growth and pursue new client acquisition while maintaining senior-level client relationships
• Ensure quality standards are met across deliverables and hold delivery teams accountable for results
• Lead new business development efforts in the software license compliance space, contributing to market positioning

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in software license compliance, asset management, or advisory services
• Proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio in a professional services environment
• Experience leading delivery teams within a matrix structure
• Understanding of major software vendors' licensing programs, such as Microsoft or Oracle
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications are advantageous
