Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of test automation engineers, setting goals and providing feedback
• Own and drive the test automation roadmap, leading the design of automation frameworks
• Manage relationships with external test automation partners and ensure quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering focused on test automation for SaaS applications
• 2+ years in a leadership role with experience in developing engineers
• Senior-level expertise in Java and/or JavaScript with experience in API and UI automation
• Proven track record in delivering on a test automation roadmap
• Experience managing external vendor relationships and evaluating technical deliverables
