Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of New Homes Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team to support New Homes customers in solar adoption
- Manage the New Homes sales operation covering direct-to-consumer programs and builder partner relationships
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in sales operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of professional work experience, including 6+ years in solar operations management
- 4+ years in New Homes sales operations leading large teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
