Director of Solution Architecture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solution Architecture (CLM, ERP & AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical roadmap for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) in alignment with business objectives
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for major CLM platforms and oversee high-performance integrations with enterprise systems
• Lead the implementation of Generative AI capabilities and direct a team of Solution Architects for global delivery

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in solution architecture, with 5+ years managing global delivery models and offshore teams
• Experience architecting at least three major CLM platforms and integrating them with SAP and Oracle ERPs
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models as applied to legal and enterprise data sets
• Strong history of leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
