Director of Solution Architecture

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Director of Solution Architecture, the full-time remote position will manage solution architecture across applications, integrations, and AI-enabled services while prototyping and delivering innovative solutions that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own solution architecture ensuring designs are scalable and aligned with business objectives
• Act as a hands-on player/coach, building prototypes and reference implementations
• Lead the development of agentic solutions and AI-accelerated workflows to enhance engineering quality and velocity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of seven years in software engineering with experience in solution architecture or technical leadership
• Proven hands-on experience in design, coding, and shipping prototypes to production
• Understanding of modern cloud architecture, preferably Azure, and distributed systems fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team technical direction through influence and clarity
