Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, providing career growth and skills development
• Partner with sales teams to support customer opportunities and serve as a strategic solutions advisor on high priority deals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive regional go-to-market strategy and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar presales role in an enterprise software environment
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Strong track record of supporting enterprise deals and delivering value-driven customer engagements
• Experience with complex system design, enterprise architecture fundamentals, and integrations
• Familiarity with AI concepts, data architecture, APIs, and modern SaaS platform technologies
