Director of Solution Design

Job Summary

Director of Solution Design is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for guiding a team in creating innovative, data-driven supply chain solutions while ensuring operational excellence and financial viability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the solution design process for new business and optimize existing operations
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure solutions are implementable and meet customer expectations
• Audit financial reporting to identify improvement areas and ensure fiscal discipline

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent in business
• At least 10 years of business leadership experience in international logistics
• Experience in developing customized solutions, particularly in freight forwarding
• Knowledge of the automotive and technology industry verticals
• Proven track record of enhancing operational performance with customers
