Director of Solution Design

Job Summary

Director of Solution Design leads a full-time remote team in developing innovative, data-driven supply chain solutions while ensuring operational excellence and financial viability for key customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end solution design process for new business and optimize existing operations
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure solutions are implementable and meet customer expectations
• Audit financial reporting to identify areas for improvement and ensure fiscal discipline

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent in business
• At least 10 years of business leadership experience in international logistics
• Experience in developing customized solutions, including freight forwarding
• Knowledge of the automotive and technology industry verticals
• Proven track record of improving operational performance with customers
