Director of Solution Design

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers and analysts, the full-time remote Director of Solution Design will oversee the development of innovative, data-driven supply chain solutions, ensuring operational excellence and financial viability for key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end solution design process for new business and optimize existing operations
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to provide technical expertise and ensure designed solutions meet customer expectations
• Audit financial reporting and develop cost models to identify areas for improvement and maintain fiscal discipline

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree in business or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of business leadership experience in international logistics
• Proven experience in developing customized solutions, particularly in freight forwarding
• Knowledge of the automotive and technology industry verticals
• Strong management and human relations skills
