Director of Solution Design

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers and analysts, the full-time remote Director of Solution Design will develop innovative, data-driven supply chain solutions, ensuring operational excellence and financial viability for key customers while collaborating with various departments to create integrated logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end solution design process for new business and optimize existing operations
• Collaborate with Sales teams to provide technical expertise during customer engagements and ensure solutions meet customer expectations
• Audit financial reporting to identify improvement areas and ensure fiscal discipline within the organization

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree in business or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of business leadership experience in international logistics
• Experience in developing customized solutions, particularly in freight forwarding
• Knowledge of the automotive and technology industry verticals
• Proven track record of improving operational performance with customers
