Director of Solution Development

Job Summary

To lead the software engineering and support team within IT, the remote full-time Director of Solution Development will manage strategic prioritization, team leadership, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests based on business impact and technical feasibility
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Establish processes for managing digital defects and enhancement requests to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in IT leadership, focusing on digital operations and system enhancements
• Proven track record in making strategic prioritization decisions that drive business value
• Experience implementing agentic AI development tools and driving team-wide adoption
• Strong understanding of digital applications, software development lifecycles, and IT support models
