Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solution Engineering for Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of senior Solution Engineers supporting major Financial Services customers
• Raise the professional standards of Solution Engineering through coaching and defining excellence
• Drive the Data Foundation strategy and partner with Sales leadership to secure strategic deals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solution Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Architecture
• Experience leading and mentoring senior technical professionals
• Deep understanding of Financial Services, including banking and fintech
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and data governance
• Ability to engage with senior leaders such as CIOs and CTOs
