Director of Solution Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the solution engineering team, the full-time Director of Solution Engineering will develop and execute strategic plans while overseeing presales projects and ensuring high-level client engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute staffing and development plans for the solution engineering team
• Oversee key presales projects, including new solutions and critical go-to-market programs
• Support sales and presales management reporting requirements and develop ongoing education programs for the presales team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5 years of proven presales management experience
• Knowledge of SAP ERP
• Familiarity with critical industries such as consumer goods, retail, high-tech, or life sciences
• Strong reasoning skills and ability to learn new concepts quickly
