Director of Solution Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing PreSales organization, the full-time remote Director of Solution Engineering will manage four SE Managers and over 30 Solutions Engineers, driving operational execution and go-to-market strategies while fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of SE Managers and Solutions Engineers, promoting a high-performance culture focused on accountability and growth
• Translate PreSales objectives into operational plans and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance technical win rates and deal quality
• Champion AI fluency within the organization, integrating AI tools into team operations and reimagining the SE role in an AI-native environment

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of second-line management experience in PreSales or Solutions Engineering within a high-growth SaaS or platform environment
• Proven track record of driving AI adoption in a PreSales or Sales organization
• Experience in building and optimizing go-to-market strategies in complex environments
• Strong data-driven mindset with a history of using metrics to inform strategy and outcomes
• Ability to inspire and influence teams while promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace
