Director of Solution Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing PreSales organization, the remote Director of Solution Engineering will manage four SE Managers and over 30 Solutions Engineers, driving operational execution and go-to-market strategies while fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to support the Corporate segment, ensuring accountability and a high-performance culture
• Translate PreSales objectives into operational plans and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance technical win rates and deal quality
• Champion AI fluency within the organization and continuously evolve the SE playbook to adapt to an AI-native go-to-market environment

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of second-line management experience in PreSales or Solutions Engineering within a high-growth SaaS or platform environment
• Proven track record of driving AI adoption in PreSales or Sales organizations
• Experience in building and optimizing go-to-market strategies in complex environments
• Strong data-driven mindset with a history of using metrics to inform strategy and outcomes
• Ability to inspire, influence, and develop diverse technical teams
