Director of Solution Portfolio

Job Summary

Leading the enablement foundation for strategic launches and monetization shifts, the full-time remote Director of Solution Portfolio Excellence will set the strategy and operating model for scalable, AI-ready field enablement while managing a team and ensuring alignment across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Set the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap aligned to product, industry, and go-to-market priorities
• Lead and develop a team of Solution Portfolio Leads while maintaining operational governance across departments
• Establish measurement standards for field readiness and content quality, using data to guide investment decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, go-to-market strategy, or content strategy with a focus on execution at scale
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing senior individual contributors
• Experience owning a portfolio of programs across a matrixed, global organization
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end software customer lifecycle
• Proficiency in Google Workspace for data visualization and reporting
