Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to execute and improve solution initiatives
• Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor various initiatives impacting the experience
• Identify new viable solution strategies in response to client and marketplace needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a healthcare or business-related field preferred
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience
• Strong business acumen
• Able to motivate and empower teams
• Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations
