Director of Solutions
Job Summary
To support innovative solutions in the U.S. Healthcare BPM services market, the fully remote Director of Solutions will lead the design and implementation of transformational strategies, collaborating with sales and client services teams to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Interpret business challenges into effective transformational solutions and design BPaaS operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic solutions and conduct internal and customer presentations
- Build competitive insights and manage pricing strategies to align with market conditions and profitability goals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- 18-20 years of BPO experience with a minimum of 8 years in business development or sales strategy roles within the healthcare industry
- Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships
- Deep expertise in designing global digital solutions for the healthcare customer journey
- Experience with various pricing models such as PMPM and outcome-based pricing
