Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solutions and Delivery to support government operations through technical and management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support opportunity identification and qualification aligned to company growth priorities
• Develop technical and management approaches for proposals and related growth efforts
• Oversee active contracts without dedicated Program Managers to ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; technical certification required if not IT-related
• 8+ years of experience in government or defense contracting, program delivery, and related leadership roles
• Experience in capture and shaping activities for new opportunities
• Must be a legal US Citizen
• Ability to obtain a security clearance at a Secret or higher level may be required
