Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with teams to identify requirements, pain points, and business goals
• Develop technical and business documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution overviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare responses based on client requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institute (Full Time)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in solutioning, requirements gathering, and business development
• Understanding of proposal, costing, and pre-sales in contact centre technologies
• Experience with GenAI projects in the CX space is an advantage
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
