Director of Solutions Architecture

Job Summary

To support the scaling of Databolt, a pioneering data security and tokenization solution, the full-time remote Director of Solutions Architecture will manage complex stakeholder relationships, lead technical discoveries, and architect scalable solutions for enterprise clients while ensuring data security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate complex stakeholder maps to align technical decision-makers and translate capabilities into business value
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer environments and determine optimal solution fit
• Design and document implementation plans that align with customer cloud strategies and address deployment challenges

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Military experience
• At least 7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise software
• At least 4 years of experience with Kubernetes and Container Orchestration
• At least 3 years of experience with Data Security technologies, such as Tokenization or Encryption
• At least 4 years of experience with public cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure
