Director of Solutions Consulting

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solutions Consultants in a remote full-time position, the Director of Solutions Consulting will be responsible for driving growth, delivering customer value, and managing team development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership on AI and customer experience management trends while leading technical discussions with customers
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Solutions Consulting team to deliver innovative solutions
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between market demands and product development, driving top deals and customer engagement

Required qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of enterprise-scale experience in presales or solutions consulting
• 8+ years of presales management experience with a proven track record in customer-facing roles
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in human-centric design principles and enterprise architecture
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise marketing strategies and complex system design
