Director of Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead their Solutions Engineering team and drive customer onboarding and implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical implementations and ongoing support for Pro and Premier customers
• Develop project management resources and playbooks to standardize the onboarding experience
• Manage the Solutions Engineering team, providing coaching and overseeing hiring and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in professional services, software implementation, or solutions engineering
• Fluency in technical concepts, including familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, ETL tooling, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record of managing high-performing, customer-focused teams
• Expertise in project management for large enterprise customers during software implementations
• Experience in the customer data, information security, or data privacy industry
