Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Solutions Engineering - AMERICAS West.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers for enterprise and strategic accounts
- Define and execute the regional pre-sales strategy in alignment with global leadership
- Collaborate with various departments to influence product roadmap and deliver technical content
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing Solutions Engineering teams
- Deep expertise in AIOps, Digital Employee Experience, or Observability domains
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and executing large, complex deals
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
