Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering in the Capital Markets sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Solutions Engineering function within the Capital Markets vertical
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach a team of Solutions Engineers while providing day-to-day support
• Develop customized solutions and collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical implementation roles
• 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably with global teams
• Experience in exchange infrastructure, clearing, settlement, or market structure systems
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions in the banking space
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and responsibilities
