A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead a skilled team focused on strategic customers in the AMER region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic execution by partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive regional and account strategy
• Guide customers in adopting AI-native solutions to enhance their security processes
• Build and mentor a high-performing solutions engineering team while optimizing performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity with 7+ years in management
• Deep knowledge of developer, DevOps, Application Security, and ASPM ecosystems
• Outstanding executive presence with the ability to build relationships with strategic customers
• Proven experience in strategic planning and managing large regions or segments
• Strong understanding of coding languages and a proactive approach to learning new technologies
