Job Summary

Director of Solutions Engineering, responsible for leading a remote, full-time team of solutions engineers to drive enterprise customer acquisition and engagement through technical discovery, demos, and strategic deal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of solutions engineers focused on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion
• Participate in strategic customer engagements, technical discovery, and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive complex enterprise deals and improve pre-sales processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing technical roles within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or payments
• Experience leading or mentoring solutions engineers in a high-growth environment
• Strong technical fluency in fraud prevention, identity verification, and digital trust
• Proven experience supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex technical buying cycles
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or highly regulated industries
