Director of Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

Director of Solutions Engineering, this full-time position involves leading and scaling the pre-sales technical function, focusing on AI architecture, security, and platform integrations while collaborating with various leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pre-sales technical motion including demos, POCs, and technical closes
• Build and standardize the Solutions Engineering playbook and enablement programs
• Lead technical conversations with C-suite leaders and ensure competitive technical positioning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at an enterprise SaaS or Vertical AI company
• Experience in CPA firms, audit and advisory practices, or professional services
• Strong technical understanding of AI architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security
• Proven experience in building Solutions Engineering teams and playbooks
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in Product and Engineering
