Director of Solutions Marketing

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on solution-level messaging, the full-time remote Director of Solutions Marketing will manage the development and execution of messaging frameworks, sales assets, and campaign support materials while collaborating with various marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain solution-level messaging frameworks tailored to buyer use cases and outcomes
• Partner with Growth Marketing to create campaign-specific messaging and sales assets
• Manage and develop a team of Solutions Marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in solutions or product marketing
• Experience managing or mentoring direct reports with a focus on team development
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and identity security markets is preferred
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into buyer-relevant messaging
• Strong writing and editing skills with a track record of delivering effective messaging and sales assets
