Director of Solutions Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed with the Heads of CS and Field Engineering to understand workflows and build operational systems
• Design and implement segmentation models, account assignment logic, and pairing structures
• Build compensation frameworks, performance metrics, and team quota structures for existing functions

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Success Operations, Customer Operations, or GTM Operations, preferably in a hypergrowth environment
• Experience scaling a CS or post-sales organization through significant growth phases
• Strong technical foundation with proficiency in Salesforce data and dashboard creation
• Build-first mentality with a focus on creating tailored solutions
• Experience in a SaaS or consumption-based business with post-sales exposure
