Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Solutions Support Engineering Managers, ensuring technical excellence
  • Drive operational metrics through technical automation and AI enhancements
  • Oversee talent strategy and partner with Customer Success and Sales leadership for a cohesive customer experience


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management in enterprise software
  • 7+ years of leadership experience managing managers with technical expertise
  • Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, or advanced automation platforms
  • Extensive background in cybersecurity and familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in coding/scripting (Python, Go, Java, Shell) and understanding modern infrastructure-as-code environments
