Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Solutions Support Engineering Managers, ensuring technical excellence
- Drive operational metrics through technical automation and AI enhancements
- Oversee talent strategy and partner with Customer Success and Sales leadership for a cohesive customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management in enterprise software
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing managers with technical expertise
- Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, or advanced automation platforms
- Extensive background in cybersecurity and familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in coding/scripting (Python, Go, Java, Shell) and understanding modern infrastructure-as-code environments
